She assisted us by recommending good and reasonable painters and landscapers and shortly thereafter, Roni listed our house with a good presentation and stunning photos. After listing we immediately received hundreds, then thousands of "views" and hundreds of "saves" on Zillow. This resulted in dozens of showings. Roni took good care of the property. This helped us tremendously as we were not present in Sarasota. We received our first offer on the day of listing, and two more offers in less than a month. We accepted the third offer and are satisfied with the outcome. Roni always kept us informed about showings, gave us feedback and explained next steps.
